The fastest way: in the app

  1. Open Shohochor and sign in.
  2. Go to প্রোফাইল / Profile.
  3. Tap অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলুন / Delete account.
  4. Type the confirmation word when asked. The account is deleted immediately.

The confirmation word is deliberate: deleting removes every document, transaction and reminder you have filed, and a single tap is too easy to hit by accident.

If you cannot open the app

Use the form below — for example if you have already uninstalled the app, or no longer have the mobile number you signed up with. We will confirm you own the account before deleting anything, so a request may take a few days.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: name, mobile number, email, photo, district.
  • Every document and scan you filed, and the text read out of them.
  • Prescriptions, health profiles, medicine courses and dose history.
  • Transactions, wallets, bills and dues.
  • Vehicles, reminders and notifications.
  • All sign-in sessions on every device.

Deletion is permanent. Nothing is recoverable afterwards, and there is no archived copy to restore from.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Ordinary server logs may retain an IP address and request time for a short operational period. They are not linked back to a deleted account.
  • Records we are required by law to keep, for as long as the law requires.
